TUSA Promotes Taiwan-U.S. Clean Energy Cooperation to Help Taiwanese Firms Enter Global Supply Chains

To promote collaboration between Taiwan and the United States in the clean energy sector, the Taiwan-U.S. Industrial Cooperation Promotion Office (TUSA) is scheduled to host the “International Clean Energy Systems Supply Chain Forum” on October 18, 2025. The forum aims to assist Taiwanese metal industry suppliers in entering the global clean energy supply chain. On September 25, TUSA met with Eric Crowley, the new Deputy Chief of the Commercial Section at the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), to present the event’s objectives and formally invite him to deliver opening remarks.

The forum will feature leading U.S.-based clean energy companies such as GE Vernova, Bloom Energy, Linde, and Rockwell Automation—who will introduce their latest technologies and products. ITRI’s Research Manager, Ms. Shih Hui-Ling, will also share insights on Taiwan’s energy transformation, addressing market trends and the demand for decarbonization. The event will focus on emerging fields such as hydrogen energy, fuel cells, and smart energy management systems, highlighting the global potential of the clean energy transition.

Following the keynote sessions, B2B matchmaking meetings will be arranged between international system providers and Taiwanese firms. TUSA aims to create tangible cooperation opportunities that will enhance the competitiveness and added value of Taiwan’s metal industry. Through this forum, TUSA continues to drive integration between Taiwanese suppliers and international clean energy players, further strengthening Taiwan-U.S. industrial ties and contributing to global sustainability goals.
